Moss taking legal action over 'orgy' claims

Kate Moss has announced that she will be taking legal action against the News of the World over claims that the newspaper made about her 34th birthday celebrations.

A report in the newspaper yesterday accused the supermodel of taking part in a "four-in-a-bed orgy" with a man and two women at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

"They teasingly took it in turns to snog each other," the publication quoted a source as saying. "Then the kissing became fondling and everything except full sex followed. Once word got out, everyone was desperate for a peep of Kate."

A representative for Kate's modelling agency, Storm, told the Entertainmentwise website that Moss had ordered her lawyers to take action against "false and defamatory allegations in the newspaper relating to her 34th birthday celebrations."
