Sheen and Richards in court over TV show

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are to return to court next week to settle a row over their children's appearance in a reality TV show.

Richards reportedly wants three-year-old Sam and Lola, two, to feature in a new series following her life as an actress and single mum.

However, Sheen is said to be furious with the plan and has refused to give his permission, which is legally required for the children to be filmed.

A source told Extra: "This goes against everything Sheen believes in… and he feels it’s exploitative of the children for the mother’s own vanity and greed."

Richards will request that his power as their father be revoked in relation to the show in order for her to proceed without his consent.

The couple have been embroiled in a high-profile custody battle over Sam and Lola since their divorce in November 2006.
