Adnan: 'Spears pregnancy fear was real'

Adnan Ghalib has claimed that Britney Spears' recent pregnancy scare was not a publicity stunt.

Ghalib told The Insider that the singer was "hoping" to be with child and that their trip to buy a pregnancy test wasn't a joke.

He said: "She was hoping she was pregnant with my child...She felt that she was [pregnant]. She has a very maternal instinct.

"She was feeling a lot of things she said she felt when she was pregnant."

Britney Spears' friend Sam Lutfi told reporters at the time that the pair were "messing around".

The British photographer also insisted that his relationship with Spears wasn't over, despite rumours that the popstar had filed a restraining order against him last weekend.

"People don't like happy in Hollywood...People don't want fairytale endings," said Ghalib. "I don't think anybody wants her [Spears] to be happy...And scandal sells."
