Spears misses another custody hearing

Britney Spears has once again failed to win back custody of her two children.

The troubled singer arrived at court in Los Angeles today, and was expected to plead for renewed visitation rights to her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

However, Spears did not make it to the courtroom itself and left the building after just 30 minutes, Superior Court spokesman Alan Parachini confirmed. She had apparently changed her mind about attending the hearing.

Court proceedings went on without Spears, but there have been no major changes in the conditions of the case.

A similar incident occurred last week, when Spears arrived at court four hours late for what was believed to be the "most significant" hearing in the case. She did not enter the building and immediately returned to her 4x4, driving off with her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.
