Paltrow upset with US paparazzi

Gwyneth Paltrow has claimed she will not return to the US unless necessary because of the behaviour of paparazzi during a recent visit to hospital in New York.

The actress, who was was hospitalised with a gastrointestinal illness last week, wasn't happy with the media intrusion outside Manhattan's Mount Sinai Hospital, claims the Chicago Sun Times.

She has reportedly said that from now on she will only return to the US if a movie role requires it.

A source said: "Gwyneth was truly frightened by the intensity of the whole thing. She was feeling fragile at the moment and didn't need to face that."
