Slim-Fast approaches Eminem for deal

Eminem has been approached to become the face of weight loss food and drink manufacturer Slim-Fast.

The rap star allegedly put on weight after suffering from pneumonia during the festive period and is rumoured to now weigh over 200Ibs.

Slim-Fast said it would love the hip-hop singer to endorse the routine and believe he can become a "success story" for the brand.

A spokesperson for the company said: "Slim-Fast is a programme that can really work for someone like Eminem. It's a do-able and flexible approach.

"Slim-Fast would love to offer Eminem products and assistance to help him become a potential Slim-Fast success story."

Yesterday rapper Trick Trick, who has recently collaborated with Eminem, said rumours that the singer had become overweight were exaggerated.
