Winehouse quizzed over 'crack' video

Police have questioned Amy Winehouse after a video appearing to show her smoking crack cocaine was posted on the internet.

Tower Hamlets police interviewed a 24-year-old woman over an allegation of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, a Scotland Yard spokesman said.

He added that she was quizzed under caution and inquiries were ongoing. No arrest was made.

The clip, which was posted on The Sun's website on January 22, appeared to show the singer using a crack pipe during a party at her East London home. She was also claimed to have taken six Valium before snorting cocaine and powdered ecstasy during the 19-minute session.

She voluntarily checked into, the Capio Nightingale rehab clinic in London a few days after the footage was released.

Winehouse temporarily left the facility on Monday to meet officials and discuss obtaining a US visa in the hope of performing at Sunday's Grammy ceremony in LA.
