Jamelia to spill the beans on affair rumours

Jamelia's forthcoming autobiography will reveal how she coped with claims that Darren Byfield cheated on her.

The R&B singer was "heartbroken" in 2006 when blonde model Jaclyn Evans told a tabloid that she had enjoyed a two-month affair with footballer Darren. Both Jamelia and Darren have always insisted that the allegations were untrue.

"I'm going to talk about it honestly," Jamelia told The Sun. "I'll talk about having to act as if everything is fine when really it was heartbreaking."

The star has also commented on Cheryl and Ashley Cole's current relationship problems. Cheryl has jetted off for a holiday in Thailand to consider her future with Ashley, who has been accused of cheating on her.

"I know Ashley and Cheryl and I feel awful for them," Jamelia said. "Cheryl's fantastic."
