Spice Girls 'rowed over apology video'
The Spice Girls had a series of furious rows as they filmed a special video message for their fans, a report has claimed.

Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell recorded a YouTube video this week to apologise for cutting short their reunion tour. The singers also laughed off press reports which had suggested that they were no longer friends.

However, according to the News of the World, it took seven takes for the group to finish the message because they couldn't stop arguing as they filmed it.

"The YouTube video was a total PR stunt to play down the fact they're still fighting," a source told the newspaper. "They were at each other's throats before and during the recording of the video - it took seven goes to get it right."

Revealing one source of tension, the insider explained: "Geri had written a poem for the fans but the others thought it was cheesy. Geri was cross because she couldn't have it her way."

The source added: "At one point the rest of the girls told Geri to f*** off because she was annoying them by shouting 'Girl Power'."

Beckham has already ruled out returning to the group for another tour, vowing to focus on her fashion career from now on.
