Coyle's dad happy with Metcalfe split

Nadine Coyle's dad has admitted that he is glad she is no longer with Jesse Metcalfe.

The couple were believed to be on a break after dating on-and-off for two years, although recent rumours suggest the romance is now officially over.

Niall Coyle reportedly told the Sunday People: "She did well to get shot of him."

The Girls Aloud star is currently thought to be in a relationship with dancer Jamie Karitzis, whom she dated during one of her splits with Metcalfe last year.

The actor was involved in a fight outside a Hollywood nightclub last week.
