Fielder-Civil is currently in London's Pentonville prison on a charge of trying to pervert the course of justice.
Winehouse picked up five gongs at the awards ceremony on Sunday and believes handing over one of the accolades may cheer her partner up.
A source told the Daily Star: "Amy wants to prove her love by handing over her most prized possession to Blake - one of her Grammys."
The singer's mother claimed yesterday that her performance via satellite for the awards ceremony signalled the "road to recovery" for her daughter.
Janis Winehouse told GMTV: "It’s Amy coming back - she’s definitely on the way back.
"She looks good and it’s a case of, 'She’s on the road to recovery'. That’s what it’s about. I think she had a back-against-the-wall situation - like if you don’t get cleaned up you can’t get the visa and you can’t tour."
