Lily 'ended Simons relationship'

Lily Allen has claimed that it was her decision to end her five-month relationship with DJ Ed Simons.

It had been reported that the Chemical Brothers star had dumped Allen after the couple failed to recover from the "heartbreak" of Allen's miscarriage in January.

However, Allen now insists it was her who called a halt to their romance, claiming that Simons was unwilling to commit.

A friend told Now: "Lily wanted them to live together. The miscarriage was devastating, but it's proved to her that Ed just doesn't feel the same way.

"It's been hard, but Lily has her TV show to concentrate on and is putting all her efforts into moving on."
