Lopez fears baby kidnap

The hospital where Jennifer Lopez will give birth to fraternal twins has been practising drills to prevent kidnapping attempts, reports TMZ.

The North Shore Medical Centre has conducted "Code Pink" drills in preparation for the birth of Lopez's children.

A hospital representative confirmed that a drill did happen but denied that it had anything to do with Lopez and her babies.

J. Lo announced in November that she was pregnant with husband Marc Anthony's children.

Anthony later confirmed that the couple were expecting twins, saying: "The thing is in my family, my sister also had twins, so it's a hereditary thing. I'm very proud. Jennifer has yearned to be a mother for many years."

Lopez will reportedly undergo a Caesarean birth today at the Long Island hospital.
