Redknapp in talks for West End musical

Louise Redknapp is in talks to make her stage debut in the West End.

The singer-turned-presenter, who recently announced plans to resume her pop career this year, said she hopes to star in a musical.

She told the Daily Express: "There have been chats about it and it could be on the horizon very soon."

But she denied that she will be appearing in a stage version of Grease, saying: "I couldn't see me in the skinny Lycra pants. Maybe 10 years ago, but not now."

The 33-year-old currently presents The Clothes Show on UKTV Style.
