The McCartneys' divorce hearing is to continue next week after the couple failed to reach a settlement in the scheduled five days.
Court officials have confirmed that the case will resume at the High Court in London on Monday.
Heather Mills is representing herself in the private hearing, which will decide her share of Paul McCartney's estimated £825 million fortune and arrangements for their four-year-old daughter Beatrice.
The judge will decide next week if he has enough information to give a ruling on the case and will impose his conditions on the couple. His actual judgement will follow in the next few weeks.
It was reported yesterday that Mills has claimed that the hate mail she receives from McCartney fans justifies her demands for a large divorce settlement.
