Clooney spends $40,000 on Valentine?

George Clooney reportedly spent $40,000 (£20,500) on Valentine's Day.

According to E!, the actor treated ex-cocktail waitress Sarah Larson to a night at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Tower in Las Vegas.

Clooney rented the Sky Villa at the venue, which includes an indoor waterfall, a rotating bed, mirrored ceilings, a swimming pool, a massage room and plasma TVs.

According to US reports, the pair visited the Nove restaurant and watched Cirque Du Soleil's Beatles tribute show at the Mirage Hotel before returning to their hotel suite.

The couple were also spotted together on February 15 watching the Crazy Horse cabaret show at the MGM Grand in Vegas.

A source commented: "They had a great time and George kept making Sarah laugh the whole way by trying to do a funny little dance.

"Even on their way to their limo, they were dancing around the fountain outside and singing a song together. They were so loving with each other."
