Fox is also a particular fan of two US stars, describing Julia Roberts as an "interesting one" because she has "given us several different looks. She's given us a vintage approach, and all the accoutrements that went with that".
Renee Zellweger is someone Fox feels gets "better and better".
"Her creative collaboration with Carolina Herrera seems to get it right," said the stylist.
The 80th Annual Academy Awards takes place on Sunday, February 24 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
