Middlemiss: 'I couldn't be a single mum'

TV presenter Jayne Middlemiss has said that she could never be a single mum because it's the "hardest job in the world".

The former O-Zone host has taken part in Channel 5 TV show So You Think You Can Be A Single Parent? and now believes she couldn't cope with the stresses of bringing up a child on her own.

She told Now: "It's the hardest job in the world. If you're by yourself you literally have no time. No time to appreciate or enjoy the children.

"I've always been quite an old-fashioned type of person. I wouldn't really want to have a child by myself. I'd like to have a family, but if it doesn't happen that's fine."

Celebrity Love Island contestant Middlemiss is currently dating model Alan Bryne.
