Anthea Turner may be forced to demolish a £500,000 extension at her home by the local council.
Turner and husband Grant Bovey added a sports pavilion to their mansion in Dunsfold, Surrey, without gaining planning permission.
The pair have now lost their appeal for retrospective permission and may be forced to knock down the building.
The pavilion contains a kitchen, sitting room, toilet, floodlit tennis court and a heli-pad, according to The Mirror.
Councillor Jim Edwards said: "I think they've taken a short cut, hoping nobody would say anything."
Fellow councillor Jean Arrick added: "We can't allow people to put buildings where they feel like it."
Bovey and Turner will appeal, claiming that they received bad advice over the property.
