The Desperate Housewives actress was reported to be pregnant after being spotted shopping for baby clothes and furniture at an LA boutique last week.
She has been the subject of constant speculation since tying the knot with basketball player Tony Parker last year.
According to PeopleEnEspanol.com, her spokeswoman Liza Anderson has rubbished the new claims, insisting: "She is not pregnant."
The 32-year-old previously spoke out to deny the rumours last month.
