'Ugly Betty' star praises Botox

Ugly Betty star Vanessa Williams has claimed that she is proud to have used Botox injections.

The actress argued that nearly every woman she knows in the industry has undergone the treatment, describing the procedure as a "miracle drug".

She said: "I certainly use Botox, almost every woman I know has. It's a miracle drug - no cutting, nothing. I love it!"

Williams plays Wilhelmina Slater in the comedy drama.
