Mischa Barton charged with DUI

The OC's Mischa Barton has been charged with driving under the influence, marijuana possession and driving without a valid licence.

The charges follow Barton's arrest last December when police saw her white Range Rover crossing two lanes of traffic in West Hollywood. She was later released on $10,000 bail.

The 21-year-old reportedly scored 0.12% on a breathalyser test. The California DUI limit for blood alcohol concentration is 0.8%.

Her arraignment on the charges will be this Thursday at Beverly Hills Superior Court.

Barton later admitted she was "disappointed" with herself following the arrest.

"Obviously I'm 100% responsible for my actions in this case. I'm really disappointed in myself.

"I don't know what to say about it, except that I'm not perfect, and I just don't ever intend to do something this stupid again."
