Winehouse 'back to old ways'

Amy Winehouse was back to her old ways as soon as she left rehab, reports say.

The singer sparked concern after she was photographed with scratches on her forearm and a swollen hand during a recent shopping trip.

Friends have now claimed that she quickly resumed drinking and smoking cannabis when she left London's Capio Nightingale rehab clinic.

A source told The Sun: "Amy's in an awful state again - she's clearly on drugs. Many of us think full time residential rehab is the only option but she won't go back."

Winehouse impressed critics with her performance at last month's Grammy Awards, but her progress was reportedly short-lived.

The source added: "It was hoped her new album and fashion range would keep her focused but it hasn't worked. Everyone who's seen her in the last week or so has been really disturbed by the state she's in. She's getting back to her worst."

It was revealed yesterday that the 24-year-old is to launch her own range of clothing and make-up.
