Billie Piper 'plans to adopt a child'

Billie Piper and her husband Laurence Fox are planning to adopt a child, according to a report.

The actress has told family and friends that she is feeling broody after tying the knot with Fox at a ceremony on New Year's Eve.

A source told The Sun: "Billie is one of four children and Laurence has a huge extended family. Her dream is her, Laurence and a big brood of kids running around barefoot in their Sussex home with chickens.

"One of the reasons she and Laurence married just a few months after meeting was because Billie was already feeling broody and she wanted to be in wedlock when she started a family."

The source added that Billie "loves the idea of helping to give a home to a baby that really needs one". She has also spoken about having her own children with Laurence.
