The pair have edited scenes from Nicholson's most famous movies to show their support for the Democrat candidate.
Clips from Batman, A Few Good Men and The Shining are interspersed with promises from Clinton.
The message "Clinton has a plan to deal with the nearly 47 million Americans without health care", appears onscreen after a segment from The Shining, where Nicholson's character Jack Torrance says: "Things could be better, Lloyd. Things could be a whole lot better."
It also includes the line "There's nothing sexier than saluting a woman", from A Few Good Men.
Titled Jack and Hill, the advert appeared online at the weekend. The clip has not been endorsed by Clinton.
