East 17's Harvey handed driving ban
Published Monday, Mar 3 2008, 15:34 GMT | By Alex Fletcher

The boyband star was stopped by police last year after being caught travelling at 138mph on the M4, twice the speed limit.
He was given a 180-day driving ban, a £150 fine and must pay court costs of £240.
Harvey was returning to his home in Walthamstow following a promotional gig when the incident occurred.
The singer defended himself in court and claimed the arresting officers stopped the wrong car after losing the true offender in a chase.
He told the court that he was driving a blue Volkswagen Golf and that officers recorded the offending vehicle as an Audi.
Police said the confusion arose from the fact Harvey's number plate was registered under the name of an Indian woman who drives an Audi.
Speaking outside court, Harvey said: "The magistrates were very lenient and I appreciate that."
