Deyn topples Moss from best-dressed list

Agyness Dean has knocked Kate Moss off the top spot of Tatler's annual best-dressed list.

The model is the first person to finish ahead of Moss in two years.

Former chip shop worker Deyn is described by the magazine as "fash-fabulous". It said: "Whether she's sipping chai at the Russian Tea Rooms in Primrose Hill or kicking back at Henry Holland's studio, she's fash-fabulous...Rockin."

Moss finished in second spot, while British actress Keira Knightley bagged fourth. T4 presenter Alexa Chung landed tenth place while Conservative leader David Cameron's wife Samantha ended up ninth.
