Timberlake back in touch with Spears

Justin Timberlake has been offering support to ex-girlfriend Britney Spears, according to reports.

The singer has started chatting to Spears on the phone after her mum Lynne begged him to get in touch.

A friend told Heat: "Lynne Spears called Justin the day after Britney got out of hospital a few weeks ago.

"Lynne was in tears and begged Justin to help, saying: 'She's ready to make some changes'."

The source added: "Justin has called her a number of times over the past few weeks and it's really helped her. All [he] wants is to see the woman he was once in love with get well again."

Spears reportedly dumped lover Adnan Ghalib after finding raunchy text messages on his mobile.
