Denise Richards has accused ex-husband Charlie Sheen of using her upcoming reality show in their child custody battle.

Sheen urged viewers to boycott the series after a judge granted permission for his daughters to be filmed without his permission.

The actress claimed he is desperate to scupper her plans because of his anger at their split, telling In Touch: "This is the first time I've publicly commented on one of his attacks, but I need to take a stand at some point.

"He's such an angry person. This court battle wasn't about our girls on the show, it was him battling me. He wasn't trying to protect the kids at all."

She accused her ex of using the reality show in a bid to change their custody arrangement, adding that he even had a victory statement prepared during their court case.

The former Bond girl told the magazine: "He lost. So now he wants my show to fail."
