Jamie Spears was granted co-conservatorship of her finances and estate until July 31 during a hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court.
Court spokesman Allan Parachini said: "I can confirm that the order was issued this afternoon."
Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet were named temporary co-conservators on February 1 and have now had the period extended three times.
The most recent extension had been due to expire on March 10.
Her parents have said the singer would have been bankrupt within four years if Jamie had not taken control of her finances.
