Heath Ledger's will does not include his daughter Matilda or ex-fiancée Michelle Williams.
Ledger drafted a three-page will in 2003 prior to his relationship with Williams and the birth of their daughter in 2005 and didn't update it.
However, Ledger's father Kym said his family will make every effort to take care of Williams and her daughter.
In a statement, Kym said: "Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family. They will be taken care of and that's how Heath would want it to be."
Documents filed in the Manhattan Surrogate's Court state that Ledger had less than $145,000 in New York assets at the time of his death. The Australian actor reportedly had $100,000 in several bank accounts, a $25,000 Toyota Prius and $20,000 worth of furniture and fixtures.
Ledger was found dead in his apartment in January from an accidental overdose.
