Silva: 'I'm too old for bikini photoshoots'

Adele Silva has revealed that she thinks she is too old to pose for magazine photoshoots in her bikini.

The 27-year-old, who played Kelly Windsor in Emmerdale, said she can no longer compete with younger stars.

She told Hello!: "I'm getting too old to do bikini shoots. I see younger girls in those magazines looking fantastic and think, 'You're 27 now, Adele, you can't compete'."

She added that she has begun taking steps to combat signs of aging, saying: "I have a fast metabolism and I'm always on the move. Dancing has kept me toned, but I recently thought my thighs looked a bit wobbly so I joined my local gym.

"I do weights and body conditioning. I'm a believer that prevention is better than cure and I have a dread of getting 'bingo wings'. When I get older I want to be able to wave goodbye without my arms wobbling."
