Winehouse spends thousands to clean flat

Amy Winehouse is reportedly spending thousands of pounds in trying to clean the East London flat she shared with husband Blake Fielder-Civil, according to The Sun.

Winehouse had planned to purchase the Bow property but decided against it because the flat brought back too many bad memories.

After Winehouse moved out, the flat's owner had threatened to take the singer to court because the property was so messy.

The 24-year-old moved back to Camden in North London last month and has already left boxes of clothes and broken furniture outside her new home.

Recent reports indicate that Winehouse may head back to rehab after reportedly slipping back into old habits when she left a treatment clinic in January.
