Katona denies drink and drug rumours

Kerry Katona has denied rumours that she is taking drugs regularly and drinking excessively while pregnant.

The reality TV star insisted that she is drug free and claimed she only drank on special occasions like New Year.

Writing in OK!, she said: "I'm only on three or four cigarettes a day and I'm desperately trying to quit.

"You saw me drink one glass of wine on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross and that was because I was nervous. Then I had two glasses of champagne on New Year's Eve which I'm entitled to."

Katona added that she had taken "proven drugs tests" that could confirm she hadn't been taking cocaine.

The I'm A Celebrity... winner is expecting her second child with Mark Croft in May. She also has two children from her relationship with former Westlife star Brian McFadden.
