Michael Jackson has reached an agreement with Fortress Investment Group meaning he can keep hold of his Neverland ranch in California.
The singer's lawyer L Londell McMillan confirmed a "confidential" settlement had been reached between the pair.
Jackson was told last month that his 2,200 acre estate may be auctioned off if he couldn't pay $25 million in arrears.
McMillan told reporters: "Neverland and MJ are fine."
The popstar hasn't lived at Neverland since 2005 when he was acquitted of charges of abusing a boy at the ranch.
He purchased the property, which contains a theme park and zoo, in 1987.
