Spears's dad buys restaurant with K-Fed

Britney Spears's dad is to open a restaurant with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, reports claim.

Jamie Spears, a professional caterer, has agreed to take over Mexican restaurant Casa Cordobes in Los Angeles with the dancer.

A source told The Mirror: "The restaurant has been a favourite of Kevin's for a while. He ate there with Britney. Now the owner wants to retire, he really wants to run it.

"Kevin and Jamie get along well nowadays and Jamie is keen to get back into the restaurant game. He still works as a private caterer, so he's excited at the chance."

Spears is currently co-conservator of his daughter's estate and reportedly plans to use her money to finance the new venture.
