According to The Sun, Mills reacted angrily to comments made by lawyer Fiona Shackleton and decided to soak her when the hearing ended.
"Heather tipped the water over Fiona’s head," said a witness.
"She didn’t throw it. It was cool, calm and collected. It trickled down Fiona’s neck. She waited until the hearing was over. The judge would have taken a very dim view of it if he’d seen it."
Shackleton left the courtroom at 1.50pm with her hair still wet. Mills hasn't admitted that she dropped the water, but apparently claimed the legal representative had been "baptised in court".
Speaking about Shackleton's conduct during the case, the animal rights activist said outside the court: "Fiona Shackleton has very sadly handled this case in the worst manner you can ever, ever imagine.
"She has called me many, many, many names before even meeting me when I was in a wheelchair."
Mills was awarded £24.3 million of Paul McCartney's wealth at London's High Court yesterday, but it is rumoured that she was looking to get £125 million when proceedings began.
