Thomas Jane arrested for DUI

Thomas Jane has been arrested for driving under the influence, TMZ reports.

The 39-year-old Punisher star was pulled over in the early hours of Monday morning after police spotted him speeding in a 2008 Maserati.

Jane failed sobriety tests and was taken to Kern County Jail in Bakersfield. He was released from prison later in the day without having to post bail.

The actor, who has a 5-year-old daughter with wife Patricia Arquette, has an arraignment set for April 9.
