Gemma Atkinson complains about sex ban

Gemma Atkinson has complained about being banned from having sex with her footballer boyfriend Marcus Bent.

The couple have been told that they cannot get intimate before Bent's Wigan Athletic games, but Gemma has admitted that she often breaks the ban.

"I can't see the problem myself. They say it's good exercise," Atkinson told the Daily Star. "The whole 'no sex before a game' thing was just something someone said once."

"Men are different to girls," she continued. "I read that girls release a different hormone that makes them want more, but lads just want to go to sleep. So I'm sure it's not a great idea just before he runs on the pitch."

Gemma, who found fame on Hollyoaks, recently revealed that she is hoping to land acting roles in the States.
