The TV presenter is accused of driving at 101 mph in Scotland in December of last year.
The 37-year-old was stopped by police on the A75 Gretna to Stranraer road in Dumfries and Galloway. Dundrum Co Down's court hearing against Kielty was due to start at Stranraer Sheriff Court today but the case has been put back to April 22.
Kielty is expected to make a plea on that date.
