Mills did 'throat-slash signal' in court

Heather Mills reportedly made a throat-slashing gesture at Paul McCartney's lawyer in court.

The animal rights activist allegedly swiped two fingers across her throat and stared at solicitor Fiona Shackleton after her divorce settlement was reached last week.

A source told The Sun: "Paul thought Heather had gone completely off her rocker. He was shocked because it was so completely out of order and just not the way to conduct yourself in court.

"Heather obviously blames Fiona for the payout and the way her image has been ruined."

She was apparently upset that Shackleton suggested she was trying to earn extra sympathy by using a wheelchair.

Shortly after the cut-throat signal Mills threw a glass of water over the legal representative, which left her with soaking wet hair.

Mills was awarded £24.3 million of Paul McCartney's wealth at London's High Court last week, but it is rumoured that she was looking to get £125 million when proceedings began.
