More family trouble for Sugababe Amelle

Sugababe Amelle Berrabah is "really stressed" after learning that her sister is in trouble with the law.

The singer recently revealed that she had "come out of a hole", believing that she had put her recent troubles behind her.

Earlier this week, Amelle spoke about her struggle to deal with false allegations that boyfriend Freddie Fuller had raped her younger sister, Samiya.

Now Amelle's elder sister Zakiya is waiting to hear if she will be charged with assaulting two police officers. She was allegedly involved in an incident at Aldershot, Hampshire, earlier this month. Zakiya is said to have gone "berserk" after officers arrived on the scene and told her that she was being arrested on suspicion of harassment.

A spokesman for Hampshire police confirmed: "A 34-year-old woman was arrested on two counts of assaulting a police officer and one of harassment. She was released on police bail where she is due to report back to a police station at the end of this month. This is an ongoing case."

A family source told the Daily Star Sunday: "It seems to be one thing after another. They think everything is fine and then another problem crops up. Amelle's really stressed out by it all.

"She's already had heartache from one sister, now she is worried about her elder sister. The family fear they are cursed."
