A woman that has allegedly stalked actor John Cusack is arrested in LA for breaching a restraining order.
The High Fidelity star won an order in 2006 that banned Emily Leatherman from going within 152 metres of him at work, home or in his car.
Cusack claimed Leatherman threw letters over his fence with rocks and screwdrivers inside and had threatened to harm herself if he didn't "help her".
She was taken into custody on Sunday after a taxi driver told police that a 33-year-old female had not paid her fare and Cusack informed authorities that she had been following him.
Leatherman is being investigated on allegations of petty theft, stalking and violating a restraining order.
LA County Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore said that Leatherman was "considered a transient in the Santa Monica area".
