The 31-year-old, who co-presented the kids' TV show See It, Saw It with fiancé Mark Speight, was found dead in the bath of the couple's flat in North West London on January 3.
Westminster Coroner Dr Paul Knapman said Collins had died through misadventure and had "very significant" levels of cocaine in her body.
Tests found that Collins had 3.42 milligrams of cocaine in her bloodstream with Knapman noting that levels of 0.7 can cause death.
Speight was arrested on suspicion of murder and supplying Class A drugs after his fiancée's death, however he was later dropped as a suspect by Scotland Yard. He quit his CBBC show SMart at the end of February.
Speight and Collins's mother Carmen released a statement paying tribute to the presenter.
"Natasha was a loving daughter, fiancée, sister and friend, with a very positive attitude towards life. She was always thinking of others. We are devastated that her life was cut short and we miss her deeply. She will always remain in our hearts."
