Beckham: 'Our first months were amazing'

David Beckham has described his first few dates with wife Victoria as "amazing".

The footballer said he had loved the early stages of their relationship because they could escape the public gaze.

He told Jay Leno's Tonight Show: "For the first three months it was amazing because no one found out about us being together.

"We loved that because we could sneak around. Our first kiss was in the car park of a restaurant.

"We used to drive to places and just spend as much time together as possible and that was an amazing time in our relationship."

The couple began dating in 1997 and married two years later.

Victoria recently claimed that she stays slim by having sex with her husband.
