Shaniqua Topkins has filed papers to Manhattan's Supreme Court claiming the singer broke a promise that he would provide them with a home.
Her legal representative Paul Catsandonis said: "This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing.
"Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he's trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son."
The lawyer claimed that 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, gave the $2.4 million (£1.2 million) property to Topkins but now wants it back.
Catsandonis added: "This is somebody who was with him when he was shot in 2000 and who nursed him back to health."
