The supermodel could have faced six months in jail after allegedly assaulting a police officer who tried to calm her down when she was told her luggage was missing.
She was arrested and removed from a BA flight to Los Angeles after being told some of her bags had not made it on to the flight.
However, the News of the World reports that she will reportedly not face charges if she agrees to accept a caution.
A police source said: "The Crown Prosecution Service will be consulted, but the expected outcome is a caution."
Meanwhile, The Sun reports that Campbell told a friend that her arrest was a result of racism.
She reportedly said: "It just goes to show I have to fight for who I am. It's because I'm black."
