George Michael wants graffiti artist Banksy to paint one of the walls in his North London house, say reports.

The popstar, who has already spent £400,000 on two canvasses from the artist, has requested Banksy's services at his £2 million home, according to The Mirror.

However, Banksy, who does not like to be seen in public, will allegedly only work on the project if Michael agrees to leave the property while he's working.

A source said: "George is a huge fan of Banksy's work and asked his representative if he would reveal himself to the singer.

"He also asked if Banksy would paint one wall in his house for £2 million. Apparently, Banksy has insisted on remaining undercover and will only go ahead if George goes out for the duration.

"The pair are in discussions over how to organise things."
