Children's TV presenter Mark Speight has gone missing.

The former SMart host has not been seen by family and friends since yesterday, Scotland Yard said.

His fiancée Natasha Collins, 31, was found dead in the bathroom of the flat they shared in St John's Wood, North-West London, on January 3.

Speight was originally arrested on suspicion of murder and supplying Class A drugs, but both investigations were later dropped.

An inquest last week recorded a verdict of death by misadventure after finding that Collins had died from an overdose of cocaine and sleeping pills.

Speight has been staying with Collins’s widowed mum Carmen, who recently claimed that she had heard him crying at night.

Scotland Yard described him as “vulnerable” and said a search is underway.
