Ford: 'I want to be George Bush'

Harrison Ford has admitted he would like to be the US president for a day.

The Hollywood actor believes he would be able to make a big difference as a politician.

Speaking to Reader's Digest, Ford said: "I'd like to be George W. Bush, and boy, I'd get a lot done. You'd remember me for a long, long time."

Ford played fictional US president James Marshall in 1997's Air Force One. His character is forced to defend his family when terrorists hijack his plane.

Recent reports state that he will marry girlfriend Calista Flockhart after he finishes promoting Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull this summer.
